Tabitha Payne, LMSW, CAC-AD is a Licensed Master Social Worker and certified addiction counselor who provides mental health therapy for all ages, as well as substance abuse therapy for adults and adolescents with co-occurring disorders. Ms. Payne received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in social work from Salisbury University after completing her associate’s degree at Wor-Wic Community College in applied science specializing in chemical dependency.
